It was excellant base for travelling to Venice, I was glad to stay there...

Timed hot water in the shower shuts off after a few minutes, which can be a nuisance. Kitchen is small, offering limited space for cooking, and noise from neighboring rooms and street traffic can be heard intermittently.

Well-equipped and beautifully designed rooms with classic venetian touches! Central location, useful base for discovering Venice. Positioned in the unique area, very close to all the key highlights as well as the whole Venice.

The location is perfect. Our room was super clean, and the staff was helpful. They arranged everything from our arrival to our exploration, easing our travel nerves. Would recommend staying here for a laid-back trip with great access to attractions!

We ran into a slight issue with the shower's timed hot water. But everything else was great!

The location was fantastic, with access to major attractions like San Marco and Rialto within a short walk. Staff members, especially Paola, provided excellent service, helping us navigate the winding alleys and even arranging water taxis seamlessly. We did encounter some minor inconvenience with the room doors. They were a bit tricky to lock and unlock, which led to us needing assistance with the master key. Despite this, our overall experience was good, and I would readily return for another visit!

Stylish and spacious apartment, but laundry access wasn't as straightforward as expected.

The apartment was spacious and stylish, really exceeded my expectations! The kitchen had all the essentials, and I loved the comfy bed. Plus, the daily delivery of fresh pastries was such a nice surprise. Being able to walk to major attractions easily was a huge bonus too. Just a heads up-the kitchen could use a bit more light, but it didn't ruin my stay at all.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially when Paola arranged a water taxi right to the dock. The intimate garden area was perfect for sipping coffee and relaxing with a good book, and the beautiful amenities. My only small quibble was that the kitchen area could use a little more light and ventilation, but it didn't affect my overall experience 😊

The team was professional, arranged our airport transportation . I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries delivered each morning, a good touch that started our days beautifully. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped for our group.
